How's the Market? 2 Tools That Help You Connect With Prospects

Market Snapshot has always been one of my favorite tools for incubating clients who are not ready to move in the immediate future. The emailed reports sent from the Snapshot tool contain valuable information for any homeowner or buyer, such as new listings, sold details, days on market, average sales price and a plethora of other details that today's real estate consumer is looking for.

The data contained within the Snapshot report was and is so powerful that it wasn't long after the release of Market Snapshot that several "similar" products were released from competing vendors.

Last week, a new product debuted called Market Videos powered by VScreen. Following along the footsteps of Market Snapshot, Market Videos provides insights and analysis of the local market, but does it by creating professional looking videos, with almost no effort, that can be used to follow up with your clients and generate leads. Check out a sample video below.

As you can see, the video looks extremely professional and polished. It provides great data right down to the zip code. This type of data is a fantastic bait to put on your hook and reel in the leads, as well as interact with clients in your sphere through email or your favorite social networks. Placing video content on your site will increase your site's stickiness by six times, and this is an easy way to do it.

At this point, some people might be thinking...which program should I get? Market Snapshot or Market Videos? I can actually see both of these tools working together for a seriously solid marketing campaign to past clients, as well as new visitors to an agent's site.

But what if they want to dive even deeper into all of the great data agents have access to about their own specific neighborhood/street, style of property (townhome, condo), etc? That's where Market Snapshot can step in and capture leads for you.

Last week, Market Snapshot released a series of 8 new customizable lead capture forms with a slick responsive design to meet the needs of real estate consumers who are looking for hyper local data. These forms could be linked to a page where a Market Video resides and could further pull that potential lead in while showcasing your expertise of the local market.

With the Snapshot tool, consumers can literally see what is going on in the real estate market on their street!

However, if you have clients in your database without an address or future property information you cannot add them onto your Snapshot newsletter. Why not put them on a Market Video email campaign (as long as you at least have their zipcode handy) with an option to go even deeper by supplying their address details on a Market Snapshot lead gen form?

See? The products fit together quite nicely.

In my opinion, both Market Videos and Market Snapshot fill a need simultaneously for both agents and their clients, and that is a rare thing these days.
