According to Zillow's latest Consumer Housing Trends Report, 74% of prospective buyers agree that 3D tours help them to get a better feel for a home's space than static photos, and 70% wish that more listings had 3D tours available. One of the key features of Zillow Immerse is the AI-powered interactive floor plan, which helps users better understand the layout and flow of a home. Zillow's survey shows that more than half of prospective buyers regret wasting time visiting properties they would have skipped if they had access to the floor plan beforehand. At the same time, 79% of prospective buyers are more likely to view a listing if it includes a floor plan that appeals to them. Additionally, 3 out of 4 prospective buyers recognize the value of a dynamic floor plan, which links each photo to where it was taken in the floor plan, providing the best possible understanding of whether a particular home is the right fit for their needs. The enhanced design of for-sale property listings on Zillow.com offers a wider, single-scroll format, making it easier for home shoppers to find key information, such as square footage, the Zestimate® feature, lot size and home type. The new layout also introduces a media section at the top of the page that better showcases photos and 3D tours. By clicking on a photo, the media section expands, providing a full-page, magazine-style layout for seamless navigation through the rest of the home's photography. "The new design delivers a fun and efficient way to browse homes on the Zillow website, making it easier for home shoppers to navigate and process information," said Jenny Arden, chief design officer at Zillow. "We introduced a wider layout for images, larger fonts for the most important facts and a clearer articulation of what makes the home special to help our users quickly understand if the home is right for them." Zillow announces new feature that enables home shoppers to browse listings, photos and maps together on FaceTime SEATTLE, Dec. 21, 2021 -- Americans love to Zillow surf -- most of them alongside someone else -- and now they have a new way to do it. Using the Zillow app on an iPhone or iPad, home shoppers are now able to search and browse for-sale home and rental listings in a seamless, synchronous experience together with family, friends or a real estate agent. Collaborative shopping is enabled by a new feature for FaceTime called SharePlay. During a FaceTime call, Zillow app users can start a SharePlay session in order to search together, explore maps and view listing photo galleries in sync on Apple mobile devices. SharePlay is available to anyone on an iPhone or iPad running iOS 15.1 or iPadOS 15.1 or later. "Whether you're shopping for a home or a rental, this new feature makes it easier and a lot more fun," says David Beitel, Zillow chief technology officer. "The ability to browse together on separate mobile phones allows people to take their Zillow surfing to the next level. CRMLS Launches MLS-Touch Realist Integration to 98,000+ Users

"The app allows me to explain and chart some pretty complicated economic realities with my clients in real time. I can show them what is happening using MLS data with comparable homes, time on market, list to sell ratios, along with my performance on my listings. Time and time again, I am able to work with my sellers to price right and sell above market in fewer days." Wills tracks his performance and holds a 98.96% list to sell ratio in a market where the average agent holds a 95% list to sell ratio. Wills indicates that the work that Virtual Properties has done to develop an application that produces beautiful interactive presentations on top of live data blows away competitors with basic CMAs or worse yet, MLS print outs. "Listing presentations are conversational," says Wills, "and now I can dynamically show buyers and sellers the data in real time that answers their questions with extreme accuracy and reliability." The app empowers agents to create a demographic makeup of potential home buyers by attributes such as age, education, family size and average household income, as well as from where these potential home buyers are moving. Chicago-based Coldwell Banker agent Andrea Geller has made ample use of it. And she found a way to boost its efficacy even more. By combining the CBx data with her digital listing ad campaigns from Adwerx, Andrea is creating a more data-driven strategy for herself and her clients. "If you're working with buyers, it can tell you about the neighborhood, and the demographics and income," she shared.
