The firm has two primary partners, Brian Larson and Elizabeth Sobotka, who are both residents of Minnesota. Larson has worked in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. Perhaps his most noteworthy industry contribution is his draft of the National Association of REALTORS® implementation guide for IDX which is used almost universally across all MLSs in the United States today. Elizabeth joined Larson within the past 5 years after a long history of operating as a lawyer and consultant in the financial, professional services, insurance and healthcare fields. Combining their experience, legal background, and industry knowledge prepares Larson/Sobotka to offer a deep and diverse range of professional services.
