Previsite Launches a New Product for Brokers!

As a result of the strong business relationship they have with the residential real estate community, they have recently launched a 2010 Broker Service Offering – the Previsite Ultimate Marketing Solution with integrated Virtual Tours and syndication to Social Media portals.

Previsite introduced substantial enhancements designed to help Brokers shape and complement their 2010 marketing strategy, especially as it relates to having a Social Media presence. Previsite’s Broker Service Offering is a cost effective and effortless marketing solution for Brokers and their agents.

Previsite takes the entire Broker active listing inventory and imports the data into the Previsite viewer via an IDX, RETS or XML feed to create a robust multimedia presentation and solution. We allow for all active listings and associated images, building in a 10% variance for growth/contraction. Previsite uses property listing data and images from either your MLS system provider or the Broker’s database to auto populate the Previsite database.
 
Previsite works with your MLS provider and the Broker’s IT team to ensure the conversion and exporting of the listing inventory is properly configured and tested before deploying enterprise wide. Clearly this will provide your business with an exceptionally valuable marketing solution and demonstrates the importance that you place on making sure your agents have access to the best tools and solutions available for listing and selling residential real estate.
 
So what does this all mean?

  • 100% of the Broker’s agents have access to all Previsite features (annual subscription required).

Previsite will syndicate your entire active listing inventory to Facebook and Twitter accounts. If a Broker does not have either of these, then we will design and create the Facebook Professional Page and Twitter accounts for the Broker. This means that all of your active listings will flow to Facebook and Twitter page, and all new listings will automatically be syndicated thereafter as well.
 
The Broker provides us with its YouTube Channel Login and Password, if the Broker doesn’t have one, Previsite will create it for you. We then convert each of your active listings into a video. Once each listing has a corresponding video, we will post the videos to the Broker’s YouTube Channel. This means that the Broker’s YouTube Channel will automatically be populated with the entirety of your active listing inventory as well as for each new listing entered thereafter.
 
To be clear, this is syndication and auto population only to the Broker’s Facebook, Twitter and YouTube accounts – not to the agent level. Agents will require an account (available through their annual prepaid subscription) in order to syndicate their listings to their personal pages.
 
This design and deployment will take about 45 days to put in place once the feed is established.
