There are three problems we look to solve.  The first is brand protection.  Not responding to Internet leads is today's equivalent of not answering your phone. The second is protection to your clients/sellers.  1CAVO provides a response within 5 minutes. Finally 1CAVO provides measurable ROI to brokers so they know how many leads were captured and whether these leads translated into sales. 

Question 4: How does the service work?

It's a shared call center environment.  Instead or re-routing leads to agents in a brokerage, 1CAVO routes all leads to their call center in Colorado. Then 1CAVO responds to these leads on behalf of the brokerages.

Question 5: How do you charge for the service?

They charge on a per lead basis based on the volume of online traffic.

Question 6: Can this become a profit center for the brokerage?

In most cases the broker will charge some kind of referral fee on some portion of the lad volume they send us.
