Marilyn Wilson is founding partner of WAV Group, a leading technology consulting firm. Her company’s core goal is to help real estate companies grow quickly and cost-effectively. The company performs consumer research, marketing planning, social networking strategy, strategic planning, management and leadership consulting, recruiting and technology evaluations. She is also one of the founders of a newly launched web portal RETechnology.com.  The site is designed to help REALTORS® make better decisions about technologies and services.

In addition, Marilyn is also CEO of Nurturing Results, a consulting firm designed to help successfully launch healthy products and services for children.

Prior to founding her consulting firms with her partners, Marilyn was VP Global Marketing and Product Development for Fisher-Price.  She also ran a web camera software company. Her background in consumer products helps her bring a depth of knowledge and fresh thinking about how to effectively communicate with consumers to sell more products and services.


Marilyn is a graduate of Cornell University. She serves on President’s Council of Cornell Women, WITI (Women in Technology International), Council of Multiple Listing Services and is a contributor to the best-selling management book called At The Helm. She also two of the toys she launched featured in the Museum of American History at the Smithsonian Institution.
