Podcasts are a great way of keeping up with what's going on in the real estate industry. Being able to sync them with your smartphone or media player and listening while on the go is a great way to stay sharp with the latest trends happening in the real estate markets. While they are by no means a new thing, they still remain a great way consume new information. I find the podcasts I listen to, I sync them to my phone, then I'll take my dog for a walk.
