As Chris puts it, "It may seem like there's never enough time to think about your real estate marketing. Start with something small (like your business cards and just listed/just sold cards)..." This can't be more true.

Remember that a good real estate contact management system will come with beautiful marketing templates for your just listeds and just solds, as well as a professionally written and designed monthly e-Newsletter (that's real estate specific, of course).
