Predict When Homeowners Will Move!

RealAgile, a predictive analytics company, says their new CentreScore technology can quickly rank a list of names and addresses based on the probability they will make a real estate move.

 

“CentreScore provides a totally new way to find the potential sellers and buyers that are hidden in a Realtor’s® sphere of influence,” said Ed Neiman, the firm’s head of sales and marketing. “Until now, farming for prospects has been mostly geographic, but RealAgile has a way to develop new business from people in addition to places.”

CentreScore is powered by the company's flagship product, MoveScore, a patent-pending technology that predicts pre-movers in a community. MoveScore ranks real estate in a geographic area based on the probability it will be offered for sale within 6 months.  Brokers and agents who use MoveScore report that 40-60% of homes sold were in the top 20% of their MoveScore results.

RealAgile will officially launch CentreScore at the last week of the annual conference of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in San Diego. "We were very pleased to be able to introduce CentreScore at the NAR meetings,” Neiman continued. “It will be a great opportunity for the leaders of the real estate profession to examine this new technology."   The NAR convention was held at the San Diego convention center started Nov. 13th and ran through Nov. 16th.  It was attended by nearly 20,000 real estate professionals from throughout the world.
