Blog commenting is very popular way to create back links. Every time you comment on a blog, you leave a breadcrumb – a backlink to your site. Visit popular blogs (the higher ranking the site, the more powerful the back link is). Concentrate on blogs that your audience would be interested in, and leave insightful comments. You're not only creating backlinks, you're branding yourself and you're networking.

Visit question forums like Yahoo! Answers, and find at least one question everyday to answer/comment on. Each time you answer a question, you create a link back to your website.

Search engines value the relevance of the site the backlink is located on. Links from unrelated sites don't hurt you, but they don't help nearly as much as links from a relevant site. So visit real estate related sites and comment, answer questions, and ask questions as well!

Building quality backlinks is an extremely important part of a solid real estate SEO plan.
