Cloud CMA Releases Impressive Upgrade for Live Presentations

Agents will quickly understand the visualization and how it will aid them in sharing market dynamics that impact the value of a property. Smooth.

Improved Property Comparison Feature

Agents know that when you are discussing comps with a client, you are talking about the differences in important property facts like square footage or lot size. Cloud CMA is probably the first company that calculates the percentage differences between properties and highlights them in red so that agents can quickly discuss these variables with a client. Very nice.

Live CMA Presentation Feature

There is nothing better than sitting with a client to review. But in today's challenging COVID-19 circumstances, real estate professionals have needed to learn new tools like Zoom meetings to get together with clients. My Favorite Cloud CMA Feature

We have always loved the feature where you can email an address to Cloud CMA and receive an email in less than a minute with a beautiful CMA. One agent told me a story about his regular use of this feature to amaze people he meets at his Friday watering hole. Whenever he introduces himself to someone new and shares that he is in real estate, he says, "Let me show you something really cool. What's your address?" Boom! CMA is created, new friend is amazed.
