Another Brokerage Unveils an iBuyer Platform: Nashville's Parks Realty Launches Parks Go

September 26 2019

Parks realty logoIt seems iBuyers are expanding into new markets nearly every week. And if iBuyers are not in your market, don't assume they won't be; with the massive capital they've collected, they soon may be knocking on your market's door.

For brokerages, the iBuyer movement presents an opportunity. All over the country, local brokerages are starting to seize this new opportunity.

Nashville is the latest entry. One of the largest real estate companies in Middle Tennessee, Nashville's powerhouse brokerage Parks Realty, is the latest brokerage to create a local iBuyer platform.

"Parks Go" gives homeowners the ability to compare multiple instant offers with a push of a button. Noting they are "committed to bring all options to the table for its clients," homeowners can compare purchase offers from top iBuyers in local markets Parks serves that include Opendoor and Zillow Offers.

Parks is a 750-agent strong brokerage that sold more than 7,000 homes totaling $2.72 billion in sales last year. For Parks, it means generating brand new leads or not letting current customers stray to their competitors. That's because only about one in 30 folks will end up going the iBuyer route. What happens to the other 29 potential deals is what brokerages, like Parks, are focusing on. These are seller leads: the lifeblood of a brokerage.

Parks is working with zavvie and its Offer Optimizerâ„¢ Suite to power its iBuyer platform. zavvie is working with top brokerages in markets across the U.S. to rapidly deploy platforms like "Parks Go" in a matter of weeks.
