Collaborating with Others Using Apple Notes and Google Keep

Collaboration using Apple Notes and Google Keep offers many features that will help REALTORS be organized. Over the next few weeks, I will be highlighting the benefits of using these FREE apps (hope you saw my "How to Grab Text from an Image Using Google Keep" article that I shared recently).

Collaboration has so many uses in business and life. Let's start with business: you can have a note that updates instantly across all your devices, including the devices of those with whom you have shared the note. For example, this could be a note shared between a REALTOR and an administrative assistant; with every client you could start a collaborating note; teams could share information; brokers could have all agents and staff on the same notes.

In your personal life, think about a grocery list you could share with your significant other—both of you add items, and whoever is at store has the list. I could name many other business and life uses for collaborating; I'm sure if you think about it, you also will have a list.

Information management is one of the most crucial parts of having good organizational skills. Notes and Keep go a long way to having an organized place to store and find information. Personally, I have Notes on all my Apple devices that were posted on my Palm Pilot Vx in 2000. Yes, you can move them device to device and platform to platform as you change and upgrade!
