Top 7 Things to Do and See at National REALTORS Conference 2018 in Boston

hdc top 7 things to do and see at nar annual 2018NAR's Conference in Boston is shaping up to be one of the best events yet. That doesn't mean you should spend all day couped up in the conference center.

We've pulled together a list of seven things you should do while at the convention and while you're in Boston. If you can spare them, consider spending an extra day or two in the area before or after the conference to take full advantage of the city and its surroundings.

1. Boston Freedom Trail

The Boston Freedom Trail is a collection of parks, historic markers, museums, churches, burial grounds, and even a ship that tell the story of the American Revolution. You could spend a few hours on a guided tour or spend days delving into the trail's history.

2. Catch Bestselling Author and Homes.com National Speaker Joe Sesso

You won't want to miss best selling author and Homes.com national speaker, Joe Sesso. He will teach you how to broaden your business base by narrowing your niche based on the activities or interests you most enjoy. Find Joe in room 103, level 1, west on Saturday, November 3rd from 1:00-2:00 PM.

3. Salem

Salem is most famous for the witch trials it held in the 1690s. These were a tragic, but fascinating part of American history. It's also only 30 minutes up the coast from Boston. Stop in for a tour, check out the museums, or just soak in the scenery.

4.Fenway Park

Fenway Park, home of the Red Sox, is one of the most historic baseball stadiums in the United States. If baseball is your thing, you have to stop in for a tour while you're in town and explore the 100+ years of history it has accrued!

5. Bank of America Tailgating Party

Bank of America is sponsoring a tailgate party in their booth on Sunday, November 4th. This event will be free for conference attendees and will include a tailgate buffet. Be sure to stop in and relax with a couple cold ones and some good food. Just remember to get your ticket from booth #615 ASAP.

6. Fall Out Boy Celebrity Concert

The Fall Out Boy celebrity concert is included with Premier Access conference passes, Sunday One-Day, and Friends & Family registrations. The concert will take place on Sunday, November 4th from 9:00-10:30 PM. You can also buy tickets to the show for $60.00 each. Some of Fall Out Boy's hit songs include "Centuries," "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark," and "Thnks Fr Th Mmrs."

7. General Session: Mark Wahlberg

Oscar and Golden Globe nominee Mark Wahlberg will be joining NAR for a Q&A session on Saturday, November 3rd from 4:00-6:00 PM. In addition to being a film star, Wahlberg is a committed philanthropist and founder of The Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation, which supports inner-city children and teens. His session is included with the Premier Access pass, Saturday One-Day, and Friends & Family registrations.
