Well, over the past few years in real estate, a new class of technology tools has emerged--you may have heard it called something like "business intelligence" or "predictive analytics." These tools leverage data from various sources, including public records and social media, to determine personal characteristics of individuals in your sphere (like hobbies) or when they're statistically likely to list their home for sale.
