Lone Wolf Technologies has been one of the fastest growing real estate technology companies for quite some time now. Layered on top of their leading competitive market share in brokerage accounting and back office solutions are a plethora of productivity solutions for brokerage.

The meeting started off with Patrick Arkeveld talking about the company. Patrick is the CEO brought in by Vista Equity Partners, a leading private equity firm that purchased a majority of the company from founder Lorne Wallace. Vista is the fourth largest enterprise software company in the world.

To give you some idea about the scope of Lone Wolf today, they serve 34 franchises (I did not know that there were that many). Primarily through Instanet, they serve 400 MLSs. Combined, the company serves 5,000 real estate brokerages (over 50 percent of the largest 500 firms), 10,000 brokerage offices, and 250,000 real estate agents.
