3 Great Tools for Easy Video Editing

vscreen 3 tools make video editing easy

You've just finished shooting some awesome content. Great! But now it's time to edit that footage into a video you can share with your audience. Video editing usually means you'll have to learn complex video editing software—or hire an editor.

Not to worry. There are also easy video editing software options available that make putting the polishing touches on your content a piece of cake. Here are just a few of the best tools out there.

Adobe Premiere Clip

Adobe is one of the leaders in video editing, and that shows in this comprehensive and free mobile tool. Adobe Premiere Clip lets you do all of the basics: add filters, trim clips, adjust audio, and add titles. If these are the things that you want to do, Adobe Premiere Clip is probably the cleanest and fastest solution. However, that's also virtually all it lets you do.

Apple iMovie

Apple iMovie gives you a lot of basic tools in addition to some more advanced ones, such as the ability to pan a scene or zoom in on it. There are animation effects available and you can mix and match your movies, videos, and sound — perfect if you want to, for instance, drop in still photos of a listing. Unfortunately, it's also only available for iOS.

FilmoraGo

A surprisingly robust app, FilmoraGo lets you create videos with both visual and audio effects. Though you probably won't get much mileage out of its remix options (such as the ability to create an 80s montage), you may want to use the voiceover, picture-in-picture, and color adjustment features.

Naturally, as you become more skilled in video shooting, the editing process will also become easier — and you'll find yourself having to do less post-production editing. These on-the-fly video tools are perfect, however, for fast market update videos, listing videos, and community videos.
