Yesterday, we took at look at the first of two solutions that offer brokers an easy way to deploy co-branded agent websites. Today, we're highlighting globalWOLF, a website management tool from our 2017-18 Technology Guide.
globalWOLF is an add-on component to the WOLFconnect front office system, part of Lone Wolf's enterprise suite of brokerage tools. As part of the suite, globalWOLF offers seamless tracking of web leads, analytics, and more.
All websites generated by globalWOLF are created on a top-down hierarchy—company website, branch office websites, then individual agent websites—to give managing brokers oversight and to create a consistent experience across all affiliated websites.
While consistent, there's still plenty of room for customization on individual sites. globalWOLF's drag-and-drop interface makes it easy for agents and office administrators to set up and edit their own sites. Users can add, delete, and arrange pre-loaded, optimized content or create their own custom pages.
Here's a quick run down of additional features:
So, when comparing globalWOLF to WolfNet's Wordpress-based websites, which is right for your company? Both can scale to fit the needs of brokerages of all sizes, and both offer sophisticated lead management capabilities.
Like most Lone Wolf products, however, globalWOLF works best for brokerages that already use other Lone Wolf tools. In the case of globalWOLF, brokers will need to alreade by using the WOLFconnect front office/intranet solution to deploy these websites. So if your brokerage is already invested in the Lone Wolf technology ecosystem, globalWOLF is a fine choice for deploying agent websites.
If, on the other hand, your company is not a Lone Wolf client, WolfNet offers an easy-to-use solution that's built on Wordpress' familiar framework. WolfNet offers sophisticated IDX search capabilities, as well as the option to unlock additional VOW data for a richer search experience.
Whichever solution you choose, you may run into a common issue, like whether to deploy co-branded sites for agents that already have their own website. If you do choose to create websites for ALL your agents, regardless of their existing sites, make sure any leads that come through the site your company creates are promptly sent to another agent if that agent neglects leads from the site you offer.
