Wendy Forsythe Joins Swanepoel T3 Sixty Group as President T3 Broker Consulting Team

March 17 2017

t3 sixty wendy forsytheIn a recent announcement, T3 Sixty – part of the Swanepoel family of companies, welcomed Wendy Forsythe to focus on their emerging broker consulting business. Here is a quick background on the formidable work experience that Forsythe brings to her consulting clients.

Forsythe was recently a senior executive with Carrington Real Estate, where she had the opportunity to lead a team dedicated to creating one of the most unique and fastest growing real estate brokerages in America. Carrington is different in that they purchase mortgage service rights and foreclosures from banks that can then fuel the brokerage business with listing inventory. Carrington is a full service brokerage with mortgage, title, insurance and other ancillary services under one roof.

Forsythe worked with Sherry Chris to launch Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate for the Realogy franchise group before her time at Carrington. Some of her significant achievements while developing a franchise brand from scratch was the development of the company's intranet, called The Greenhouse, and the business philosophy called "Paige" – an acronym for the principles of Passion, Authenticity, Inclusion (formerly innovation), Growth, and Excellence.

Prior to joining Better Homes and Gardens, Forsythe worked in her native country of Canada for Royal LePage, one of that country's oldest and most prestigious franchises. A keynote of her time there included sunsetting the Realty World brand and performing broker brand conversions.

Forsythe started in real estate by working with her father, a new homebuilder. Her dad contracted with the local Realty World brokerage to sell his subdivisions.

In the summer of her second year of college while studying for a business degree, Forsythe got her real estate license and began sitting open houses in her father's development. A few years later, she became one of the youngest brokers in Canada when she acquired a small firm of six agents – which she later grew to 45 before selling the company to subsequently join the Royal LePage corporate team.

With this breadth of experience, Forsythe will undoubtedly be able to work with start-up firms, franchise firms, firms changing brands, firms adopting new branding and technology, or firms looking to develop ancillary services. We wish her luck!
