Purpose of the webinar: To provide management an understanding of what Realtors Property Resource (RPR) is, along with how your agents and company gain benefit from this ever expanding tool.

Objectives for the call:

1. To understand the basics of Realtors Property Resource.
2. To understand how an agent would use RPR and the value they would gain from it.
3. Introduction to Broker Tools for Management.

The Realtors Property Resource is a NAR initiative to support the core competence of it's members by creating a REALTOR only, parcel-centric database of nationwide property information. The RPR database continues to gain more popularity and has created much discussion as it expands it's coverage throughout the country. The base application contains advanced search, mapping, and report generation features as well as a robust, parcel centric database representing 166 million parcels of property in the United States.
