RPR On-Demand Video Tutorials a Plus for Real Estate Pros

REALTORS®, broker brand managers and association staffers consistently reach out to RPR to request recorded versions of our webinars. We're happy to offer the recordings to participants, but did you know that RPR also offers on-demand video tutorials? In fact, these popular videos have been recently updated.

How can RPR video tutorials help? To find out, we've surveyed three business professionals, each with different roles and perspectives. Here's their take on the matter:

Researching and identifying site use potential was easy for this St. Louis area REALTOR®. "The space is in an industrial area so I knew a sit down restaurant would cater to the area's working demographic," said Norma Nisbet, ALC, CCIM, CIPS, Vista Properties and Investments. With a quick look at RPR's Business Points of Interest (POI) video, Norma learned how to analyze nearby restaurants by type, annual sales, staffing levels and number of years in operation to determine how the new restaurant might fare against its competitors. Capturing this information within moments allowed Norma to then focus her attention on recruiting the right restaurant for her space.

#2: The Corporate Brand Manager

Jon Danton, RE/MAX Commercial Brand Manager, had a different need. Tasked with evaluating and providing valuable resources to RE/MAX Commercial practitioners around the country, Jon asked RPR for support pieces so that his agents could quickly ramp up on what RPR's real estate data platform has to offer. As part of its suite of corporate resources, the RE/MAX Commercial brand drives its agents to RPR Commercial video learning. "It's my job to find the right resources to support our agents' business needs and then make sure the delivery of learning is in the easiest, most efficient format," said Jon. "I'm up against all time zones, so RPR Commercial on-demand videos make my job of connecting RE/MAX Commercial agents with intuitive education that much easier."

#3: The Association Staffer

Providing fresh, relevant content in an easy to obtain format is a consistent goal for the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. The Association's Director of Commercial Services, Felicia Yonter, says their newsletter helps commercial practitioners "remain dialed in to REALTOR® benefits and to take advantage of resources that strengthen their workflow." Now, Felicia rotates RPR's commercial videos into her communications campaigns, such as the Property Details video which highlights where to find owner information, tax data, mortgage information and legal descriptions. She said, "a short, specific RPR video allows me to remind REALTORS® who have not taken advantage of this rich data source to check it out."
