We published a press release yesterday announcing that NAR has selected 10K Research and Marketing to continue Economic and Market Watch reports. It's important news, so we thought we'd repeat the key points. After all, these reports are coming to your area soon.

About the Economic and Market Watch Report
The problem: NAR's current Economic and Market Watch reports are costly and time-consuming to create. Despite these challenges, NAR didn't want to deprive members of a valuable resource.

The solution: NAR chose to use 10K Research to create a refreshed quarterly report. To understand the benefits of the new reports, it may help to view a sample report. In addition to the image below, you can view a full report.

10K's Marketwatch report is produced quarterly, using local MLS data. Existing clients can be transitioned from the NAR-produced reports when the final four are complete.

To quote the press release, "10K will be providing services in nearly 100 MLS markets throughout North America with a series of interactive market analytics products, several statewide data initiatives and an abundance of easy-to-read market reports."
