Lone Wolf: Tools for the Data Driven Brokerage

June 24 2016

Lone Wolf Logo with TaglineOur annual Technology Guide is a free resource that educates brokers and agents about real estate technology products across a variety of categories. Traditionally, we post a series of accompanying articles that highlights each category and the questions real estate pros should ask when selecting a solution in that category.

This year, we're mixing it up and taking a closer look at individual solutions. First on the list? Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies.

Focus on Lone Wolf

Real estate is a data-driven business, and we're not just talking about your listing data. Brokers sit on top a pile of information that includes client and lead contact information, agent information, transaction data, internal financial data, and much more. When in possession of tools to parse this data, brokers can gain insight on everything from which agents are underperforming to projected revenues based on pending transactions.

Lone Wolf offers a suite of tools called the Complete Enterprise Solution that does exactly that. The heart of this suite is a back office/accounting program called brokerWOLF that lets brokers manage listing inventory, transactions, commissions, agent billing, accounts payable and receivable, and beyond. Most notably, brokerWOLF offers an impressive array of reports that give brokers a clearer picture of what's happening with their business. You can see an example of five popular reports here.

brokerWOLF's data is the centerpiece of the Complete Enterprise Solution. The data flows freely between all components of the suite, integrating everything from agent websites, brokerage-wide CRM, transaction documents, and more into one coherent whole. Here's a look at four of the major solutions within the suite:

  • WOLFconnect - Virtual front office system that lets agents stay connected to your brokerage from anywhere. Features lead management, CRM, vendor database, intra-office message center, calendar, drip marketing tools, and more. Agents can access their transactions here, as well as reports like their commission payroll history, production data, and expense information.

  • globalWOLF - An extension of WOLFconnect, globalWOLF manages your brokerage's website and the website of all of your agents from one place. It's set up in a hierarchical fashion--brokerage, offices, agents--to ensure a consistent look and feel across all of your web properties. A drag-and-drop interface makes websites easy to manage for users at all levels. Additionally, leads that come in from your globalWOLF website are automatically entered into your WOLFconnect CRM, and brokers can set up customized rules for managing and distributing those leads.

  • loadingDOCS - Document management solution that integrates with brokerWOLF transaction data. Agents have access to all of their transactions' documents, while brokers and administrators can see and supervise all transactions in the pipeline. A client portal gives buyers and sellers permissions-based access to documents involved in their transaction.

  • agentWOLF - Tools and training that help keep your agents at the top of their game.

As you can imagine, all of this data gives brokers the power to do some really neat things, like tracking clients all the way from lead to close. To find out more about what Lone Wolf can do, visit their website.
