Need to expand your real estate team but don't know where to find the right people? Bob Corcoran, founder of Corcoran Consulting and Coaching, offers recruiting advice in this new video.
Corcoran says the following are the key ways to recruit folks for your real estate team:
"You are never going to succeed in recruiting unless you make it a priority," says Corcoran. "Assign someone in your office whose key responsibility is recruiting, so your team is held accountable."
Corcoran also recommends the DISC profile system to make sure the people you hire are the right fit for your office:
DISC profiling system (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance)
"DISC has helped me identify my behavioral profile, appreciate different personalities and capitalize on my own strengths," explains Corcoran. "DISC can also help you anticipate and minimize potential conflicts, hire the right people and manage people in sales environments -- all essential tasks in a successful real estate practice."
Corcoran is one of the industry's leading consultants and coaches whose clients include 71 of the Top 250 real estate professionals in the country, with a total of 94 awards, according to the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) and REAL Trends 2015 report based on Team Volume and Team Units.
