Another tool TourFactory provides is the ability to select from over 150 colorful flyer designs. Each flyer enhances the listing by adding an extensive list of features and/or showing large photos of the listing.
TourFactory Marketing Engine also sends out postcards promoting each property’s Virtual Tour. Each card is designed with a web address that leads directly to the tour.
This product offers 7 page agent websites, within the system. These websites provide custom headers, personal information/photos about the agent, and themed-colored matching to the main site.
It also uploads automatically to YouTube and Facebook, in addition to Dupont Registry, and 21 other sites.
Professional audio and Tour Factory Voice are other options. They also have the only real estate channel on Google TV.
TourFactory also makes and provides a CD in a designed CD case exclusively showing each property’s virtual tour.
Finally TourFactory offers Darkroom's Photoblend stitching technology, which stitches together the photos to create Panoramas for each Virtual Tour.
