Product Description

tech-media-marketing-logo-taglineTech Media Marketing, Inc., offers managed Pay-Per-Click solutions to help real estate professionals directly target home buyers.  Pay-Per-Click technology is a way of advertising online where agents and real estate professionals do not need to pay for the time a Web banner or ad runs online, but rather they only pay depending on how often their ad is clicked. This method of advertising helps agents know how often online home buyers/leads are interested in their ad and click on it.

ppc-mg-ads-graphicUsing this technology, Tech Media Marketing provides detailed research and statistics on relevant keywords and pricing ideally to drive the most website traffic for the best price.

An agent can set their Pay-per-Click budget and Tech Media Marketing executes it from there. They set and monitor their Pay-Per-Click traffic.

Tech Media Marketing also offers Behavioral Marketing Services, which involves marketing and pay-per-click services to specific demographics. This enables agents to set the profile of the type of leads they want to target to reduce the number of clicks from non-home buyers. For example, if an agent would like their ads directed to women in their 40s in a specific city, Tech Media Marketing can do that. They also have a variety of options available for Behavioral Managed Search solutions.

Comments on: Pay-Per-Click Managed Ads

I have done some pay per click on Facebook - gotten lots of click troughs for .01 per click. I tried to do something similar on LInkedin today - but the minimum CPM and CPC were really high - (unlike facebook which does not have a minimum). Any ideas?
