IMAPP’s Integrated Realty Information System™ (IRIS) is a property information tool available to the real estate industry. IRIS combines property tax information, interactive parcel maps, demographics, phone directories, and property photos into an easy-to-use marketing and research application.

MLS data is layered over an interactive parcel map. This allows members to view not only the MLS activity in a selected area, but all neighboring properties as well. IRIS also includes a Label Wizard to create CASS-certified labels for discounted mailings.

IRIS is a windows-based internet application.

IRIS provides a variety of property information. It shows property tax, sales and valuation data for each property. It also adds local appraisal information, a phone directory and court house data- mortgage information, as well as points of interest and real estate listings.

The maps are detailed and offer three multiple map views: highway maps, street maps and parcel maps. These maps are interactive, allowing you to zoom and magnify levels, search and identify roads and properties, add custom labels, configure map layers, place tax record information inside each parcel, and measure the area, distance and perimeter.

You will have a clear understanding how far points of interest are, be able to download data from the map and be able to print, save or copy. IRIS also offers flexible viewing, demographic information and an automatic mail labeler that creates a mailing label list for you in seconds.
