IDX-Buzz powered by Immobel, is a Facebook application that embeds an MLS search directly into an agent or broker’s Facebook page. This service pulls data from the MLS and offers Immobel’s translation service. This Facebook application is available to agents and brokers in participating MLSs.

IDX-Buzz was designed to function like a real estate website inside of Facebook. The application includes a listing search, map search, listing details, photos with photo carousel and the agent or broker’s contact information.

IDX-Buzz can be customized if desired to better fit into an agent or broker’s marketing platform. Customization includes creating a consistent look and feel across and agent or broker’s existing marketing.
