Roost's Campaign Creator provides real estate professionals with a solution that was designed to help them plan what to post to their social networks and when to post it. Campaign Creator suggests types of content to post and provides easy access to articles, blogs and other original content based on the prodessional's industry and interests.

Roost Campaign Creator lets real estate professionals set up campaigns of any length in as little as 20 minutes. Campaign Creator will suggest content types such as shared links, status updates, quotes and questions. Agents can build their personal brand with RoostBar, which inserts their brand above any web page links they share and allows anyone who views that link to "like" their Facebook.roost_campaign

The Roost Campaign Creator includes content they have sourced on a professional's behalf, to choose from based on his/her industry and interests. For example, if a professional is a real estate agent, he/she will be prompted to share articles on mortgage rates and geographic lifestyle. Professionals may also add their own feeds, such as their blog or other websites that they follow.

Roost Campaign Creator features include:

  • One stop dashboard for Facebook and Twitter
  • Suggests actual content, types of posts, and when to post
  • Allows agents to join forces with the people around them to increase the reach of each other's campaigns

How it works:

  • Step 1: Sign up – provide name, email, business, industry and more to start using the campaign manager
  • Step 2: add social networks – An agent/broker can choose to add their Facebook accounts, and/or add their Twitter accounts. Roost helps agents manage up to three social network presences at once. A presence is one channel or destination an agent can publish to.
  • For example, you can select a Facebook Profile, a Facebook Page, and Twitter account. Or an agent could sign up for three Twitter accounts.
  • Step 3: Sign into Facebook and Twitter to invite friends and colleagues to aid in building more business via Facebook
  • Step 4: Edit sources - Look through news/content resources depending on you business vertical. Select news sources you feel are credible and a good match for your line of work.

Campaign Creator ultimately helps real estate professionals gather resources for content syndication to promote audience interaction and interest.
