These tools help companies see critical data from multiple MLS markets, allowing them to stay ahead of market trends. You can monitor and track a firm’s performance. It supports marketing campaigns with timely insights into the market, and can be used to increase the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
The software offers seven tools.
The first tool is Market Share Totals/Trends, which gives quick and easy Market Share for a period of time, or, for flexible period-on-period comparisons.
The second is a recruiting tool, which helps target agents that meet defined standards, understand their business practices and communicate with them.
The third tool is Market Dynamics; it is a tool that shows pricing data, supply and demand information, and sales rate indicators in quick, visual formats.
The fourth tool is Market Growth, which identifies the changes to market size by Total $ Volume, Total Unit Volume, Median Price, Days on Market and Commission visually.
The fifth tool is Agent/Office Analysis; this provides an overview of agents’ business practices and profitability in a quick, visual form.
The sixth tool is My Office/My Enterprise. This tool functions as a Digital Whiteboard; it asks questions like, “How is your firm doing against goals and versus key competitors?”
The final tool is pricing. This shows you the distribution of activity (i.e., Sales, Actives and Listed) in the relevant market for any property that you are marketing.
