1. They hire people they like
2. They hire unproductive agents from other companies

During this video, Ben Kinney talks about how the DISC personality profiling test should be used for real estate hiring.  To hire a real estate agent, admin, manager, or any other position in your company, you need to understand the ideal personality profile for each job.  Finding motivated people, who are motivated by the right factors for the job, is essential for real estate hiring.

Great points, Marilyn. Have you (or anyone else out there) used other personality profile tests that you've found to be more effective?
