MLSs Rewarded LPSREG with Outstanding 4th Quarter

MLSs across the country showed continued confidence with LPS Real Estate Group's products and services in the fourth quarter of 2010 and into first quarter of 2011. Many existing clients committed to long-term extensions, and numerous MLSs joined the LPS family of customers.

We are deeply humbled by the confidence they have extended to us."

In addition to the MLSs who joined the LPS family last year, 14 existing customers signed multi-year contract extensions in the final months of last year (see full list below) and another half-dozen renewed in the first weeks of 2011.

Also, Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc. (MRIS) and The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) will be launching MLS Portal, the customizable public-facing Web sites from LPS. MLS Portal will now help two of the nation's largest MLSs leverage their unique ability to provide comprehensive, up-to-date local listings on behalf of their members, and provide cost-effective leads back to the agents.

The rapid growth of MLSs that are utilizing the LPS advertising services, Real Estate & Living Network, is resulting in significant income to these clients, helping to offset dues revenue reductions and fund expanded services.

According to LPS Sales Manager Bob Morse, several new customers obtained site licenses for rDesk® IDX, which can increase lead capture by 20 percent by using map-based searches rather than form-based searches, and providing value estimations, sold data and neighborhood stats based on data from 20,000 agent and broker websites.

• Real Estate & Living Media Network – LPS' nationwide advertising syndicate allows our MLS customers to tap into $11 billion in annual real estate advertising purchases –Northern New England Real Estate Network, Middle Tennessee Regional MLS (Nashville), Lexington Kentucky, Coastal Carolina, Statewide MLS (Rhode Island), and RMLS (Portland, OR)
