MLS Offers Arizona Real Estate Agents New Cloud-Based Tool

Phoenix, AZ, February 4, 2011 -- Realty Pilot, an Arizona-based real estate technology company today announced the availability of "Offer Runway" to Arizona real estate agents and brokers. Offer Runway is the first product of its kind to unite buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, escrow officers and home inspectors through a single cloud-based program, creating a single point of contact for all parties.

With Offer Runway, buyers and buyer agents submit offers and receive an automatic confirmation once their offer is received. Buyers are then automatically notified if a higher offer has been received allowing them to improve their offer prior to seller acceptance, ensuring no offer is left behind.

Listing agents, brokers and asset managers will use Offer Runway to easily track, categorize and compare bids prior to making a final decision. Once the winning offer is selected, all buyers and buyer's agents who submitted offers are automatically notified whether their offer has been accepted or rejected. Agents and brokers will use Offer Runway to manage all aspects of the real estate transaction through close of escrow creating a single, seamless point of contact for all parties.
