DotLoop just announced that they have added several new features to enhance their clients' experience on the DotLoop platform.
Feature Updates Include:
Start a Loop without an Interactive form:
- Previously: A loop required at least one interactive form from your library
- Now: Loops can be started without interactive forms so agents can add attachments only
Uploading Multiple Attachments:
- Previously: Attachments could only be loaded one at a time
- Now: Multiple attachments can be added to a loop from one screen
Customized Signatures and Initials:
- Previously: Signatures and initials were based on your registered name
- Now: Signature and initials are customizable
Sortable Loops:
- Previously: Loops were sorted based on date created
- Now: Loops can be sorted based on action required, loop name or signature needed
Searchable Activity:
- Previously: Activity did not include search functionality
- Now: Activity can easily be searched to quickly locate information via the messages tab
Invite Buying Agent
- Previously: Only the buying agent could invite the listing agent into their buying loop
- Now: A listing agent can invite a buying agent into their listing loop
