zipLogix Acquires Realfast

Fraser Mich – August 1, 2011 – zipLogix, a leading real estate technology company whose main focus is creating products and applications that are REALTOR®-driven, announced today the completion of its acquisition of Realfast, Inc., a Frisco, Colorado-based real estate forms company. zipLogix is the creator of the popular zipForm® application and has been recognized as setting the industry standard for electronic real estate forms, transaction management and digital signatures. zipForm is currently used by more real estate professionals than any other real estate software program. With today's acquisition, Realfast™ customers will begin migrating over to the zipForm program, where they will take advantage of the foremost electronic forms software within the suite of zipLogix's REALTOR®-centric products.

zipLogix offers an electronic contract software application available in two versions: zipForm® 6 Professional, an online application that allows real estate professionals to work from any internet connection and zipForm® 6 Standard, a desktop application residing on the real estate professional's computer. The goal within the two companies was to create a synergy that would provide great customer service, technology and an easy transition to zipForm. In order to assist in the transition from Realfast to zipForm, zipLogix is offering all current Realfast users access to its widely used products, zipForm 6 Standard, zipForm 6 Professional and zipVault™.

Another key component that will benefit the Realfast brokers is the broker oversight and management tool in the zipForm 6 Professional application. Brokers who would like to have oversight can access their agents' transactions on a corporate or office level. They can run production reports and customize zipForm with their own branding, logo and/or forms.
