Z57 Inc. Announces IDX 3.0

February 22, 2011—Z57 Inc., a leading provider of real estate online marketing services, announced data-rich improvements to their REALTOR® Internet Data Exchange (IDX) website product. Partner Onboard Informatics’ recent enhancements to their IDX platform allowed Z57 to build more functionality into their IDX 3.0 website product. The technology provides an enhanced REALTOR® experience with more options for agent customization, sold home comparisons and lead acquisition/conversion. The upgraded product also incorporates popular consumer user interfaces (UI) like advanced search criteria and social media sharing of favorite properties.

The IDX 3.0 website solution provides MLS-approved Z57 real estate agents with improved map-based property searches; choice of large map or list view of properties; additional search criteria including school districts, neighborhoods, commute times, proximity to community features like parks along with faster access to InstaCompare or sold home information. Z57 also addressed a REALTORS®’ need to provide Facebook and Twitter social media sharing of visitor’s property favorites.

Lead acquisition strategies were also enhanced with a streamlined process for subscribing to preferred listings alerts. The new website combines a lead’s profile with both their IDX and InstaCompare search results. In addition, IDX users can subscribe to automatic drip marketing campaigns.
