With MyQuickFarm.com, agents who use the Listingbook.com service can quickly expand their local farm and prospecting areas by obtaining exclusive leads, including first and last names and email address, for as little as $1 per lead, based on a minimum order of 100 leads. The leads are automatically loaded into their Listingbook client manager and are ready to be contacted.

  • Agents choose the targeted area by Zip Code or street name.
  • Leads are automatically and seamlessly placed into the agent's Listingbook client manager marketing system.
  • The agent is sent a list with each prospect's name, email address and home address.
  • Listingbook automatically sends an email invitation to each home owner inviting them to open their Listingbook account so they can learn the market value of their home.
