Kroll joins Ifbyphone with relevant industry experience, supporting the company’s forward momentum as a leading provider of voice applications that enhance customer interactions.
Chicago – February 07, 2011 – Ifbyphone, a leading provider of voice applications for customer interactions, announced today that Mark Kroll has been named the new Vice President of Technology.
Kroll joins Ifbyphone with vast experience in the technology realm, most recently for Google/Doubleclick as Director of Software Development on the DART Search and Affiliate SEO/SEM campaign management product group. His responsibilities included ongoing management of the software development teams as well as managing the post-acquisition integration of the teams and products into the Google culture and technology base, respectively. Prior to Google/Doubleclick, Kroll worked for various technology firms in the healthcare, consulting and eCommerce industries.

In his new role, Kroll is responsible for managing Ifbyphone’s production environment, both internally and externally. This involves handling the infrastructure to support the product portal, as well as the data center architecture.
