Florida Realtors® and 10K Research Partner for Statewide Statistics

Minneapolis, MN (September 8, 2011) – Florida Realtors® and 10K Research and Marketing are pleased to announce the imminent launch of a statewide housing market reporting partnership using data exclusively from the state of Florida's Multiple Listing Services.

10K will gather housing sales data from the state's MLSs and provide unique, attractive and localized market reports to every participating organization within Florida Realtors®, making each group the definitive voice of real estate in their respective local markets.

A housing trends report will also be created by 10K for Florida Realtors® that will provide an accurate, first-of-its-kind picture of statewide market trends in Florida.

This will be the eighth ongoing statewide market reporting initiative for 10K Research.

As part of the project, Florida Realtors® is launching a new Industry Data and Analysis division that will solidify the organization's position as the go-to resource for all real estate information involving the state of Florida.
