This is terrific news for all our customers because it means that we’ll soon be able to provide an even easier and smarter way to do all your relationship marketing from one place.  After all, Email & Social Media marketing, while different  are clearly siblings of the same marketing strategy.  Why should you have to maintain relationships with your customers on email with no leverage from what you do on the Social Web?  Well, guess what, now you won’t have to.
