Introducing Showing Suite Support Chat!

Want a faster answer to your support questions?  Now when you submit a support request ticket about your Showing Suite real estate software program, you can also begin a live chat about it.

We know REALTORS® are busy and you want to get your questions answered as soon as possible.  This is why we’ve added the new chat feature to our help desk.  You now have the option to check on your ticket and talk to an agent about your open tickets, when there is an available agent.  And the chat log is added to the support ticket when you’re done.

Showing Suite Support Chat
  1. Simply log in to your Showing Suite account and click the Help link at the upper right corner to “Submit a Request.”
  2. Once you finish creating your support ticket, you will see the request in the “Check Your Existing Requests” tab.
  3. Click on the ticket number to open your ticket.
  4. If a support representative is available, you will see a link to begin a live chat just above the comments box.
  5. When you begin your live chat, a new window will appear and a representative will be online with you momentarily.
  6. Once your chat session has ended, the transcript will be recorded in the ticket and you will receive an email containing the full transcript of the chat session.

Additionally, a link to your ticket will be included in every email update you receive about your support request.  Clicking the link when you are logged into your Showing Suite real estate software program will take you back to the ticket, where you can add notes, or request a live chat again.

We want you to get the most out of the showing feedback system within the Showing Suite REALTOR® software we built for you, and we hope you take advantage of this new way to get answers to your questions.
