Increased Sales and New Clients for LPS During 2nd Quarter 2011

lps_logoLPS Real Estate Group's sales force continued its winning streak during the second quarter of 2011. The success of the upgraded Paragon 5, and a good showing at NAR's Midyear Legislative Meetings and Trade Expo in May, translated to increased demand for MLS products and services.

Paragon 5 Multi-tasking Capability
According to LPS' Senior Vice President of Sales Bob Morse, Paragon's new multi-tasking capability has increased his sales team's need to multi-task - since the team is very busy meeting with MLS administrators across the country to talk about Paragon's innovative features.

"We're hearing that Paragon's multi-tasking within the program has become the differentiator," he said. "Some platforms use the term multi-tasking to simply mean opening multiple windows. Paragon 5 allows users to simultaneously conduct multiple searches, run a CMA, add listings, research public records and more, allowing agents to be even more efficient with their time."

MLS Portal
The other product attracting great interest is MLS Portal, LPS Real Estate Group's public-facing website. During the NAR event, and also at the MLS Cloud 2011 Conference in June, MLS executives pressed Morse and Kevin Greene, LPS' Vice President for MLS Solution Sales, for more information about the product. By the end of the conference, three major U.S. MLSs had contracts for MLS Portal:
