Homes.com Rounds Out the Top 5 Real Estate Sites for Second Month

According to Hitwise, the Homes.com is joining the ranks of the top-viewed real estate websites out there. While Homes.com is no stranger to the top-ten list, it proudly busted into the top five in August and held steady to that spot in September with almost 3% of all real estate site visitors clicking on their site. Right now, Yahoo! Real Estate is number one with just over 7%. Realtor.com comes in at number two with just over 6.5% of site visitors. Zillow comes in at a close third with just over 6%, and Trulia sits at number four with 5.5%.

As far as the rest of the top ten goes, AOL Real Estate moved up from the number eight spot to number six. MSN Real Estate, Rent.com, and Apartment Guide each slipped down one to number seven, eight, and ten respectively. FrontDoor Real Estate made a huge jump – in August, FrontDoor sat at number 24 while in September it soared to number nine.
