Homes.com Gains 400,000 Visits in February

The February report of real estate websites from Hitwise has just been released and there has been some notable movement. Yahoo! Real Estate is holding steady in the number one spot, gaining a little over 2% of visits shared. FrontDoor Real Estate fell hard from number two to number five with a whopping 25% decrease in visits. Zillow replaced FrontDoor Real Estate at number two with a gain of just over 7%. Realtor.com moved up to number three with a 5% increase, and Trulia moved up to number four with just under a 5% gain. Homes.com is steadily holding their own at number six this month with an impressive gain of almost 11.5%!

The rest of the top ten remained in the same order last month, but Rent.com and Apartment Guide both lost a substantial number of visits. Homes.com is definitely making huge strides in 2012 by going two months in a row with substantial gains. If January and February are any indication of Homes.com’s growth, 2012 is shaping up to be an amazing year.
