In April we focused on Safety Month – providing you with the best guidelines to navigate through a successful spring real estate season. Our goal was to ensure our real estate professional and home-buying readers were fully prepared to venture out on new appointments, meet new faces, acclimate to new neighborhoods and face the influx of traffic to your house or listings. Our friends at SafeMart.com, a leading provider of professional home and commercial security solutions, helped us prepare some best practice safety and security tips to keep in mind during this busy time of year.

We conducted a Consumer Survey and recently released the survey results. We had several important takeaways from this survey, including we found that of all our home seekers in the market for a new home, nearly half do not yet have a real estate agent, but plan on using one. This is a great opportunity for real estate agents and brokers to be proactive with your marketing efforts!

We were named to Property Portal Watch's Top 20 US Property Portals, which was based on the volume and frequency of HomeFinder.com site visitors. We are honored to be included on this list of industry leaders, and we continue to work to provide our real estate agents with the best digital marketing solutions, and our consumers with an expansive inventory of listings.
