Capital Region Multiple Listing Service selects the ShowingTime Appointment Center and ShowingAssist
Its 3,100 members will benefit from using the real estate industry's "most available" appointment center, plus 24/7 online scheduling via the MLS

The Appointment Center will begin serving CRMLS members June 25, with ShowingAssist also available on that date. The combined services will mean members can call the Appointment Center from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST seven days a week, or login to the MLS anytime to schedule showings. The cost-effective services, currently used to schedule more than 2.5 million showings per month in more than 50 MLSs, representing 400,000+ real estate professionals, improves efficiency by streamlining the appointment scheduling process.
"The ShowingTime Appointment Center's extended hours, two-way text messaging capabilities, branded calls and emails, and overall use of technology to automate the scheduling process was attractive," said CRMLS Administrator James Ader. "Adding the ability to schedule and confirm showings online 24/7 with ShowingAssist will give our members time-saving tools to provide better service to buyers and sellers. We're looking forward to implementing these products in June," he added.
The ShowingTime Appointment Center will provide member offices and agents with a single phone number to request showings. They'll be able to confirm or reschedule showings from their smart phones when not available to take a call; homeowners can also confirm requests via two-way text messaging. Agents using ShowingAssist can request showings 24/7 by clicking the "Schedule a Showing" button next to listings in the MLS. Notifications are routed instantly according to the listing agent's preferences.
