Profile Image Kevin C. Romito is Co-Founder and COO of Quality Service Certification, Inc. After earning his BA he gained five years of valuable experience in business including positions of growing responsibilities in Relocation Management with the leading international corporate relocation company. He then earned his MBA at The Paul Merage School of Business, University of California – Irvine focusing on Information Technology, Service Management and Real Estate.

Kevin and QSC are raising service standards within the real estate industry and creating performance transparency for those outside. Under his leadership QSC has developed best in class resources and the industry’s only closed and truly reliable survey process and reporting system providing potential home buyers and sellers a resource to locate and select the best service providers based on verified, actual past customer service assessment and feedback.
Participating REALTORS® can offer their independently validated record of customer satisfaction and service excellence to both provide prospects and consumers with the information they seek to make better, more informed decisions and choices but also as a means of meaningful differentiation from those who only offer the promise of better service.
