With more than 27 years of leadership and management experience in the real estate industry, Kevin emphasizes organizing the people and the process and then coaching for results. He played a key role in the creation, growth and success of BORIS Systems, Inc. a computer solution & services organization providing highly-customized solutions to real estate MLS operators; lead the teams responsible for software development, customer needs assessment & specifications, telecommunications/network design, hardware selection & sizing, implementation, customer training & documentation, ongoing customer & technical support and add-on sales. Kevin developed a respected customer service organization serving the needs of 70 MLS customers and more than 100,000 end-users.



Kevin is uniquely qualified in the industry as a trusted advisor to his friends and clients leveraging his diverse experience as an MLS vendor, CEO of Michigan’s largest regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and President of Focus Forward.


In my spare time, I love being social, traveling, spending time with my wife and kids, learning new things, being active, healthy and outdoors, skiing, use of technology, anything Apple, social media, planning and organizing, sharing information that others value, giving back and helping others achieve their professional goals and personal dreams.
