Alan is the Co-Founder and CEO of eBrokerHouse, Inc (EBH). As CEO, Alan leads business development efforts and is responsible for the overall operation and strategic direction of the company. He is an experienced leader with a strong background in real estate, management, marketing, and sales.
As a former licensed agent, Alan has extensive experience selling traditional, REO, and short sale properties...both residential and commercial. During his real estate career, Alan worked at one of the very first “virtual” real estate offices in the country. At this time, all a “virtual” real estate office meant was that the agent could email or fax documents to the broker and work from home. But Alan knew that in this era of emerging technologies, that there was a better way for agents to manage their businesses and a more efficient system for the brokers to run their offices.
After meeting his business partner Thomas Moore, who himself was already working on a similar management technology, they realized they shared the same vision. That vision is to totally eliminate paper and physical boundaries from the real estate office while streamlining the transaction management process. With agents embracing new technologies and working increasingly more on the go, they need a system that caters to their needs. EBH is that system.
EBH software is web based and key features include: management of listings (regardless of type), buyers and buyer leads, tasks, contacts, BPOs, offers, sales statistics, commissions, showings, reporting, sub users/agents, documents, and much more.
