Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) is the real estate data aggregator and distributor that provides the largest multiple listing service (by listing volume) to over 40,000 customers, with property information encompassing northern Illinois, southern Wisconsin and northwest Indiana.

MRED was established in 2008, with the consolidation of the two major Chicagoland multiple listing services, the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois (MLSNI) and MAP MLS. MLSNI was Realtor® association owned and formed in 1989. MAP was privately owned by Brokers and was established in 1956. MRED is owned by both Realtor® associations and Brokers, and is predominantly managed and controlled by the Brokers. MRED is not just a multiple listing service, but also aggregates, distributes and syndicates listing content on behalf of its brokers.

MRED is dedicated to providing the best in listing content management and related services. MRED assists its customers by providing them the information and tools they need to successfully engage in the buying and selling of real estate. MRED provides its customers with current technology for today’s real estate environment.
